We will refund the amount on the payment source if the goods sold can be returned within 15 days from the Delivery Date.
Goods can only be accepted if it is undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, except in cases where the packaging is itself damaged.

What Products Can Not Be Returned?
- Apparel and goods that have already been used, Washed, or contaminated cannot be returned.
- Large or customized merchandise, such as furniture, artwork, and religious structures, are non-returnable.
- Specially ordered products cannot be returned.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Discounted or sale-priced items, as well as purchases made with promotional codes, are final and cannot be returned.
